Remember for groups of 12 or more, we schedule the cruise of your choice and the balance of seats not taken by the group are made available for others to join.
Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) can be arranged prior for group and private bookings.
GROUP CHARTER PRICES as at 1 July 2010. Prices quoted below include GST. The Galley Bar is available to purchase soft and alcoholic drinks.

For Group Charters there is no facility for special presentations to your group through the cruise or special catering due to others/public joining the cruise, unless you book the whole vessel for your group charter, ie pay for 55 seats.

Terms of Trade – GROUP CHARTERS

In all cases the Ferryman reserves the right to apply the following schedule of fees in addition to any fees imposed by the various operators and service providers.

PAYMENT in full to be finalised on the day of the charter, unless by prior arrangement.
- ONE PAYMENT ONLY on the day please.

LATE CANCELLATION COSTS:Should you cancel your booking within Five (5) days of cruise date, an invoice will be issued for 50% of seats cancelled.

Children 5 years and over are charged at the same rate as adults.Children Under 5 years travel at no charge. Number of children under 5 years must still be advised with confirmation of final passenger numbers.

FINAL PASSENGER NUMBERS: These must be advised five (5) days prior to your cruise to allow for catering to be arranged.

Minimum of 12 Paying passengers is required in your group. If not, full adult rate will be charged and cruise cannot be guaranteed to proceed due to insufficient numbers.

FINAL PASSENGER NUMBERS PAYMENT: Payment on the day will be for the number of passengers advised at confirmation of the cruise which is five (5) days prior to cruise date, regardless if your passenger numbers are less on the day, and price per person will be relative to confirmation number and above pricing. (We strongly recommend each person in your group {if paying individually} pays you prior to the confirmation date to ensure their attendance, as once your numbers are confirmed, this is the number that must be paid for on the day.)

‘Ferryman Cruises’ reserves the right to add additional passengers to charter groups where passenger numbers are below the survey limit, ie 68 passengers and 2 crew.

All charters are subject to weather conditions. Should there be any weather issues, groups are contacted the afternoon prior to advise if Cruise is unsafe to proceed – no charges apply should this occur.

Passengers cruising 'Free of Charge' (FOC)- we ask that, as a courtesy while cruising, that these passengers please wait for paying passengers to be served first before being served.

The Ferryman cruise vessel is a fully liquor licensed vessel and the current liquor law requires the distribution of alcoholic on the vessel to be under the control of the master of the vessel. No beverages are to be brought aboard.
Directions to our Boarding Site: ·
As you come over the Bribie Island Bridge, indicate a left turn half way across the bridge
BOARDING SITE CO-ORDINATES FOR YOUR GPS: 27 03.951S 153 08.657E
· Do a sharp left turn at the end of the Bribie Island Bridge onto Sylvan Beach Esplanade.
· Go PAST the council toilet block And PASTThe Small Red Hire Boats just off the bridge (you may see the boat moored OR on the beach here - we only load provisions & staff here.)
· go a further 200 metres along this road.
· The road splits into a ‘V’ - keep to the left hand arm – You will be in a short dead end street which runs parallel to the beach and is directly opposite the Bribie Island Hotel on your right.
· We generally put some REd, Blue and Yellow Banner flags up.
· Park anywhere along here. Disabled parking available at the end close to the cement path which will take you to the beach.
· Boarding is done directly from the beach 15 minutes prior to departure.
